WV Construction reviews your drawings and project status, then talks through the build scope and a practical quote. A planning drawing alone may not be enough for a fixed price — building-regulations drawings, a specification and structural details all help.
Honest expectationsWe can’t guarantee a fixed quote from planning drawings alone. We’ll be clear about what extra detail, site visit or specialist input might be needed.
WV Construction works alongside your designer, structural engineer and building control provider where required — for example, specialist gas, electrical or structural elements are handled by appropriately qualified trades.
